2. QUOTES AND PRICING

All quotes are estimates based on the information provided by the client. We reserve the right to adjust the price if the condition of the property differs significantly from the description provided.

3. CANCELLATION POLICY

We require at least 24 to 48 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled time may be subject to a cancellation fee.

4. 24-HOUR SATISFACTION GUARANTEE

Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not satisfied with our service, you must notify us within 24 hours. We will return to re-clean the specific area at no additional cost. We do not offer cash refunds.

5. LIABILITY & INSURANCE

Made 2 Clean is fully insured and bonded. While we take extreme care, we are not responsible for damage caused by normal wear and tear, improper installation of items, or fragile items not disclosed before the service.

6. GOVERNING LAW

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state in which Made 2 Clean operates.
